This unique program begins with 18 months in elderly care, allowing you to develop your language and technical skills in a safe, supportive environment. Afterward, you’ll be ready to transition into a hospital setting with confidence.

On Offer

FREE Language Training

  • A1–B1 Dutch course (~2.5 months online + 1 month face-to-face).

  • €1,200 scholarship for the online course (€600 x 2).

  • Free accommodation and meal allowance during face-to-face training.

Relocation Support

  • Flight to the Netherlands and airport pick-up.

  • B1 exam and BIG Register fees covered.

Work Schedule

  • 32–36 hours per week (flexible options available).

First Year

  • Gross Salary: €2,474/month (based on 36 hours) ~ approx. €2,254 net.

  • Additional Benefits:

    • Irregularity bonus (based on shifts).

    • End-of-year bonus (1 extra month’s salary).

    • Relocation support: €425 net/month.

    • Rental support: €175 net/month (with shared rental invoices).

    • 8% holiday allowance, pension plan, travel expense support.

    • 29 holidays + 7 special leave days.

Second Year

  • Gross Salary: €2,770/month (based on 36 hours) ~ approx. €2,427 net.

Our partners will provide professional support to help you find suitable accommodation, ensuring a smooth transition to your new life in the Netherlands.

Extra Support

Even after you start working, we’ll help you improve your Dutch language skills:

  • 35 online seminars (B1–B2 level).

  • 45 hours of healthcare-related Dutch courses.

Requirements

  • Recognized nursing degree in Europe.

  • B1-level English proficiency.

  • European citizenship.
