Hello everyone! I'm Giulia, and together with Alice, we started a few months ago as operating room nurses in Bordeaux, at the Tivoli Clinic. ​I was hired by Southampton General Hospital as a scrub nurse in the HPB (Hepatobiliary) specialty. This has always been the setting where I wanted to work since graduating, and this English hospital listened to and fulfilled my request to work in the operating room. I completed a 6-month trial period during which, while working, I learned how to perform as a scrub nurse. My colleagues closely supported and trained me until I was able to work completely independently, collaborating with my fellow scrub nurses!
