Charge Nurse / Sister - Outpatients

Job Overview

Location: London

Salary: up to £50,000 per year

Contract: Permanent

Requirements:

Valid NMC registration
Candidates must have the right to work and live in the UK
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an outpatient department or ward as senior staff nurse or above.
Clinical expertise and competence in orthopaedic speciality.
Strong people management skills, evidence of supervision and staff development.
Ability to lead and maintain evidence-based practice.
Ability to independently prioritise and organise resources.
Teaching/Mentorship qualification (ideal).
Experience conducting (audits).
