Would you like to work in a HOSPITAL in the Netherlands? This programme is for you!

Are you a nurse? Is an international career part of your plans? Vitae Professionals' mission is to help you achieve your professional goals. That's why we always seek the best solutions for nurses' career development in different countries around the world. As you know, we have several partners in the Netherlands who support you in your move to a new country and job, providing all the financial, training, and logistical support you need. Together with one of our Dutch partners, we've created a career development program for nursing in the Netherlands that allows you to start your journey in a light and comfortable way, in a safe environment, enhancing your language and technical skills.

Working as a nurse in the Netherlands is a rewarding experience, and many nurses have already embraced this opportunity with our support. This new program takes into account your language improvement and adaptation needs to the country and the job. At the same time, it enables you to achieve the goal of working in a Dutch hospital.

In fact, one of the requirements for working in a Dutch hospital is to have an advanced level of Dutch language and relevant professional experience in the country. Our partners, a renowned Dutch company with a multidisciplinary team (specialized in management, training, and health), years of experience in recruitment, and a vast network in the healthcare field, have created this program to prepare you for this step:

  • You begin your professional journey in the context of nursing home/home care (approximately 18 months), with salaries around 2,324 euros net. During this period, we aim for you to develop your language skills while gaining experience and working within the parameters of the Dutch healthcare system. You'll have access to continuous training in medical and social skills, as well as language training.
  • The first 18 months are crucial! You'll receive training while working in elderly care. In the first year, your goal is to become fluent in Dutch. In the last 6 months, you'll be prepared to integrate into the hospital environment, both socially and professionally, with the support of the educational team from our partners.
